Exchanges & Returns

Merchandise Exchanges:
    1.    Fill out the exchange portion of your receipt and place in your return package.
    2.    Use the pre-paid Return Label supplied. If you choose to use the pre-paid label, a charge of $6.95 will be applied to your account. Therefore, on all exchanges, the shipping charges to and from TennisSet.com become the responsibility of the customer.
    3.    You’re welcome to use the original shipping package, just be sure to mark out the old shipping address information and drop off to your local authorized UPS shipping location.  Please leave package with authorized personnel.  Please do not drop off package to any unattended location.
    4.    We'll send in-stock items right away, charge your credit card and credit the return once we've received it in our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Insurance is taken care of when using the provided label.
    5.    If you choose to use your own shipping label, please be sure to use the return shipping address on our label:

Merchandise Returns:

On all returns, the shipping charges to and from TennisSet.com become the responsibility of the customer.  A return label can be issued upon request for $6.95.  Please contact Tennisset.com at 866-529-8240 or info@tennisset.com to request a return label.

Return Qualifications:

    Time Period: Qualifying items must be returned within 30 days of receipt date.

    Accessories: Must be unused, in original unopened package.    

    Apparel: Must not have been worn, in brand new condition, with original tags in place.

    Racquets: Must not have been played with, and the plastic handle must not be removed.
    
    Shoes: Must not have been worn outside, and returned in the original manufacturer’s shoe box.  Manufacturer’s shoe box must not be marked or labeled.  Place manufacturer’s shoe box inside the original or other outer shipping carton.

    String: Must be unused, in original unopened package.
