Order Processing: Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00
p.m. Central Time, are usually shipped the next business day.
Standard Shipping: Free for purchase of $75 or more. A flat
$5.95 shipping fee applies to all orders under $75. In-stock items typically
arrive within 2-3 business days after receipt of your order. Continental United
States shipments only. Excludes heavy items (packages over 4 pounds). Excludes
cases of balls, which are shipped at a rate of $5.95 per case.
2nd Day Air Shipping: $7.95 up to 3 pounds.
Next Business Day & Saturday Delivery: Fee depends on

Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise Exchanges -

1. Fill out the exchange portion of your receipt
and place in your return package.
2. Call TennisSet.com Customer Service Department (toll-free
1-866-529-8240) for pre-paid RETURN LABEL.
3. You’re welcome to use the original shipping package, just
be sure to mark out the old shipping address information and drop off to your
local authorized UPS shipping location. Please leave package with authorized
personnel. Please do not drop off package to any unattended
location.
4. We'll send in-stock items right away, charge your credit
card and credit the return once we've received it in our facility.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Insurance is
taken care of when using the provided label.
5. If you choose to use your own shipping label, please be
sure to use the return shipping address on our label: TennisSet.com/Attn:

Merchandise Returns - $6.00
Same steps as
listed above, we will simply deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your order refund
for return postage. If you do not use the pre-paid label, the $6.00 fee will not
be deducted from your return.
Return Qualifications
Time
Period: Qualifying items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
date.
Accessories: Must be unused, in original unopened
package.
Apparel: Must not have been worn, in brand new
condition, with original tags in place.
Racquets: Must
not have been played with, and the plastic handle must not be
removed.
Shoes: Must not have been worn outside, and
returned in the original manufacturer’s shoe box. Manufacturer’s shoe box must
not be marked or labeled. Place manufacturer’s shoe box inside the original or
other outer shipping carton.
String: Must be unused, in
original unopened package.
